If the notice of claim of lien is not filed within the time required by ORS § 87.450, 87.455 or 87.460 or if the lien is not foreclosed within the time required by ORS § 87.455 or 87.460, the lien created by ORS § 87.445 shall cease to exist. [1975 c.648 § 63 (enacted in lieu of 87.495)]
