The body of any person who died of smallpox, diphtheria, scarlet fever or other disease that the Oregon Health Authority, by rule, may prescribe, shall not be subject to the provisions of ORS § 97.170 to 97.200. [Amended by 1977 c.582 § 2; 2009 c.595 § 62]
