(1) A person aggrieved by a decision of the State Treasurer under ORS § 98.302 to 98.436 may request a contested case hearing in accordance with ORS § 183.413 to 183.470.

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
