- Appraisal: A determination of property value.
- Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
- Buyer: means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods. See Oregon Statutes 72.1030
- City: includes any incorporated village or town. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
- Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
- Seller: means a person who sells or contracts to sell goods. See Oregon Statutes 72.1030
- United States: includes territories, outlying possessions and the District of Columbia. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
