§ 332.385	Gifts for scholarships and loans

District school board: means the board of directors of a common school district or a union high school district. See Oregon Statutes 332.002
Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
