(a) Hospital patients in any hospital licensed under this chapter shall be offered testing for human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) as set forth in chapter 23-6.3.
Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 23-17-31
- Hospital: means a person or governmental entity licensed in accordance with this chapter to establish, maintain, and operate a hospital. See Rhode Island General Laws 23-17-2
