(a) Any employee of a nursing service agency upon employment and prior to placement shall be provided with a photo identification which shall be worn on the employee’s person while the employee is working.

- person: may be construed to extend to and include co-partnerships and bodies corporate and politic. See Rhode Island General Laws 43-3-6
(b) The photo identification shall be a recent photograph of the employee and shall include the employee’s name, certificate, or licensing number with expiration date and the name of the nursing service agency.
