Rhode Island General Laws 27-69-4. Rules and regulations

The commissioner shall promulgate any rules or regulations as the commissioner shall deem necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter.

Commissioner: shall mean the director of the department of business regulation or the health insurance commissioner, as appropriate. See Rhode Island General Laws 27-69-2
