Rhode Island General Laws 37-26-4. Overtime compensation
Any hours worked in any one week beyond forty (40) hours, or in any one day beyond eight (8) hours, for work subject to the provisions of this chapter shall be compensated at the rate of one and one-half (1½) of the standard wage, in addition to the standard benefit and standard paid leave.
