Each state agency and the Rhode Island economic development corporation shall promulgate rules and regulations in accordance with chapter 35 of this title to implement this chapter.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 42-117-8
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- State agency: means any office, department, board, commission, bureau, division, authority, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of the state. See Rhode Island General Laws 42-117-3
