(a)  The Rhode Island commerce corporation may promulgate rules and regulations to fulfill the purposes of this chapter in accordance with chapter 42-35, “The Administrative Procedures Act.”

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 42-64.15-8

  • Collaborative: means "Made in Rhode Island Manufacturing Collaborative of 2013" established under Rhode Island General Laws 42-64.15-3
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

(b)  The collaborative and advisory council shall be subject to the provisions of chapter 38-2, “The Access to Public Records Act,” and chapter 42-46, “The Open Meetings Act.”
