(a) There is hereby established within the Rhode Island commerce corporation the air service development fund (the “fund”) to be administered by the commerce corporation as set forth in this chapter. The fund shall consist of money appropriated by the general assembly and deposited into the fund, and any other money made available to the fund from any other source; provided that any revenue deemed to be airport revenue shall not be included in the fund.
