(a) An application for a license may be denied or a license may be suspended or revoked when the director has determined that the operation is not being and/or will not be conducted in a manner prescribed in these regulations.

- in writing: include printing, engraving, lithographing, and photo-lithographing, and all other representations of words in letters of the usual form. See Rhode Island General Laws 43-3-16
(b) When an application for a license is denied or when a license is suspended or revoked, a hearing shall be granted if a hearing is requested, in writing, by the aggrieved applicant within ten (10) days of the denial, suspension, or revocation.
