Any further appeal from the actions of the board is in accordance with the provisions of the administrative procedures act, chapter 35 of Title 42.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 5-65.3-22
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Board: means the contractors' registration and licensing board as defined in § 5-65-1. See Rhode Island General Laws 5-65.3-2
