The applicant applying for licensure as an applied behavior analyst, applied behavior assistant analyst, or psychologist with equivalent experience shall pay a fee of one hundred fifty dollars ($150) to the department.

Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws 5-86-11
- Applied behavior analyst: means a person licensed to practice applied behavior analysis under the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations authorized by this chapter. See Rhode Island General Laws 5-86-2
- Applied behavior assistant analyst: means a person licensed who practices applied behavior analysis under the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations authorized by this chapter. See Rhode Island General Laws 5-86-2
- Department: means the Rhode Island department of health. See Rhode Island General Laws 5-86-2
- Psychologist with equivalent experience: means a person deemed to hold equivalent licensure as an applied behavior analyst upon satisfying equivalency requirements through submission and satisfaction of written evidence of education and relevant experience to the department pursuant to § 5-86-9(c).
