Terms Used In Rhode Island General Laws > Chapter 42-66.6 - Long-Term Care Assessment and Care Management Services

  • Care management services: means the coordination of a plan of care and services provided at home or in the home of a responsible adult to an eligible client. See Rhode Island General Laws 42-66.6-2
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
  • Long-term care assessment: means a program that provides a uniform health, social and functional assessment of persons in need of long-term care services due to chronic impairment or disability. See Rhode Island General Laws 42-66.6-2
  • person: may be construed to extend to and include co-partnerships and bodies corporate and politic. See Rhode Island General Laws 43-3-6
