- Administrative Law Court: means the Administrative Law Court created by § 1-23-500. See South Carolina Code 12-60-30
Contested case hearings must be without a jury and, except as otherwise provided by this chapter, must be held in accordance with Chapter 23 of Title 1 and the rules of the Administrative Law Court.
