Bonds of the authority issued following authorization given pursuant to §§ 13-12-60 to 13-12-120 shall be issued by the governing body of the authority on behalf of the authority in accordance with the provisions of §§ 6-11-900 through 6-11-1010, as now or hereafter amended.
