Terms Used In South Carolina Code 2-2-110

  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
Whenever any person violates § 2-2-100 it is the duty of the chair of the committee or subcommittee before which the false, misleading, or incomplete testimony was given, to notify the Attorney General of South Carolina who shall cause charges to be filed in the appropriate county.
