- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person violating any of the provisions of § 20-3-210 shall, upon conviction, be punished for each offense by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars and not more than one thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not less than one month or more than one year, or both such fine and such imprisonment, at the discretion of the court.
