Whoever harbors or conceals any person whom he knows or has reasonable grounds to believe or suspect has committed or is about to commit an offense under any of the provisions of this chapter other than § 25-7-70 shall be punished by a fine of not more than ten thousand dollars or by imprisonment for not more than two years, or both.
