Terms Used In South Carolina Code 31-13-445

  • County: means any county in the State. See South Carolina Code 31-13-170
  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • fund: means the South Carolina Housing Trust Fund. See South Carolina Code 31-13-410
No more than twenty percent of trust fund monies expended in a fiscal year may be for projects in any one county.
