The Secretary of State shall charge and collect for:
(1) Filing articles of incorporation, ten dollars;

- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Articles of incorporation: includes the articles of conversion of a converted corporation. See South Carolina Code 33-49-20
(2) Filing articles of amendment, three dollars;
(3) Filing articles of consolidation or merger, five dollars;
(4) Filing articles of conversion, three dollars;
(5) Filing certificate of election to dissolve, three dollars;
(6) Filing articles of dissolution, five dollars; and
(7) Filing certificate of change of principal office, three dollars.
