Terms Used In South Carolina Code 38-77-1160
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: means a corporation, agency, partnership, association, voluntary organization, individual, or another entity, organization, or aggregation of individuals. See South Carolina Code 38-1-20
Any person who violates the provisions of this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction must be fined not more than three thousand dollars or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both.
