Terms Used In South Carolina Code 39-15-1140
- Secretary: means the Secretary of State or the designee of the secretary charged with the administration of this article. See South Carolina Code 39-15-1105
The secretary shall keep for public examination a record of all marks registered or renewed under this article and a record of all documents recorded pursuant to § 39-15-1135.
