- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 39-15-20 or § 39-15-30 shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars for each offense or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty days.
