Events or exhibitions sponsored, promoted, or conducted by nonprofit or charitable organizations are subject to this chapter and regulations promulgated under this chapter; however, the commission may reimburse all or part of any fees paid under § 40-81-360 for good cause shown by the nonprofit or charitable organization.
