Terms Used In South Carolina Code 44-69-50
- Board: shall mean the South Carolina Board of Health and Environmental Control. See South Carolina Code 44-69-20
- License: shall mean a license issued by the Department. See South Carolina Code 44-69-20
Reasonable fees shall be established by the Board. Such fees shall be paid into the State Treasury or refunded to the applicant if the license is denied. Governmental home health agencies are exempt from payment of license fees.
