The annual fee for obtaining a shooting preserve license is two hundred dollars for the first one hundred acres of shooting preserve area, plus fifty dollars for each additional one hundred acres or part of it. A separate application and fee is required for each area of contiguous acreage as specified in § 50-11-1220.
