Terms Used In South Carolina Code 50-19-2250
- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
- Person: means an individual, a partnership, a firm, a corporation, an association, or other legal entity. See South Carolina Code 50-21-10
Any person violating any of the provisions of this article, except § 50-19-2210, or any of the rules or regulations adopted and promulgated under the authority thereof, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not less than ten nor more than one hundred dollars or imprisonment for not more than thirty days.
