- Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person violating the provisions of §§ 56-21-10 to 56-21-50 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed one hundred dollars or be imprisoned for a term not to exceed thirty days.
