- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Any evidence obtained under the provisions of § 56-5-2950 shall not be admissible as evidence to prove a criminal offense other than those offenses delineated in Title 56.
