Terms Used In South Carolina Code 56-5-3700

  • Conviction: A judgement of guilt against a criminal defendant.
Any person violating the provisions of §§ 56-5-3660 to 56-5-3690 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars or be imprisoned for not more than thirty days.
