- commission: means the Public Service Commission of the State of South Carolina. See South Carolina Code 58-11-10
- Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
The Commission is authorized to prescribe rules governing pleadings, practice and procedures not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter or any other provisions of law. The provisions of Articles 1 through 13 of Chapter 9 of Title 58 of the 1976 Code shall be applicable to all hearing and appellant procedures of the Commission in relation to radio common carriers, including penalty provisions, specifically including but not limited to matters provided for in Articles 9, 11 and 13 of Chapter 9 of the 1976 Code.
