Terms Used In South Carolina Code 58-27-1970
- commission: means the Public Service Commission of this State. See South Carolina Code 58-27-10
- Pleadings: Written statements of the parties in a civil case of their positions. In the federal courts, the principal pleadings are the complaint and the answer.
Service of all pleadings or notices in all hearings and proceedings pending before the commission, except service of the processes provided for by § 58-27-1960, may be made personally or by mail as the commission may direct.
