- gas: means natural gas, flammable gas or gas which is toxic or corrosive. See South Carolina Code 58-5-920
Nothing in this article shall be applicable to the regulation of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) to the extent that this subject is regulated by §§ 39-43-10 through 39-43-180 and the regulations issued pertinent thereto.
