Terms Used In South Carolina Code 63-17-1510

If the Division of Child Support of the Department of Social Services is notified by the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce in accordance with § 41-35-140 that an obligor is receiving unemployment insurance benefits, the division must notify the court for the intercept of unemployment insurance benefits if a delinquency occurs and the obligor’s case is a Title IV-D case. The intercept of unemployment insurance benefits must be in accordance with § 41-35-140.
