For the purposes of this article, local health care providers of the Department of Disabilities and Special Needs, Division of Mental Retardation, Department of Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Services, and the South Carolina Department on Aging are eligible for the base pay increase and performance pay increase as prescribed.
