Each plat filed with the register of deeds shall be fifteen by twentysix inches, eleven by seventeen inches, or eight and onehalf by fourteen inches. Each plat shall be drawn on drafting linen, matte film, or mylar, with waterproof black ink and each signature shall be made with permanent ink. No other plat may be recorded.
