South Dakota Codified Laws 12-27-18.1. Acceptance of contributions by ballot question committee

A ballot question committee may accept unlimited contributions from a:

(1) Person;

Person: includes natural persons, partnerships, associations, cooperative corporations, limited liability companies, and corporations. See South Dakota Codified Laws 2-14-2

(2) Entity that complies with § 12-27-19;

(3) Political action committee;

(4) Political party;

(5) Candidate campaign committee; and

(6) Ballot question committee.
