The school board shall approve the minutes of every meeting of the board within fortyfive days after such meeting. The presiding officer and the business manager shall sign the minutes of all annual, regular, and special meetings after they have been approved.

  • Presiding officer: A majority-party Senator who presides over the Senate and is charged with maintaining order and decorum, recognizing Members to speak, and interpreting the Senate's rules, practices and precedents.
