South Dakota Codified Laws 25-5A-7.4. Violation of medical and social history provisions as misdemeanor involving moralturpitude

Any violation of § 25-5A-7.2 shall be a Class 1 misdemeanor and shall be considered a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude.

Under the South Dakota Laws, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:

Class	Prison	Fine
Class 1 misdemeanor	up to 1 year	up to $2,00
