All entities within this state, including forprofit, nonprofit, and governmental employers shall promptly respond to a request from any Title IV-D agency for information regarding the employment status, rate of compensation, or benefits provided by the employer to any employee or contractor. Any entity who intentionally violates the provisions of this section commits a petty offense.
