Any farm implement exceeding the width limitations prescribed by § 32-22-3 may be operated during the period of day between onehalf hour after sunset and onehalf hour before sunrise on the following day on any road not specified in § 32-22-2, if the equipment has flashing or rotating white or amber warning lights placed at each side of the equipment’s widest extremity. The warning lights shall be clearly visible to motorists approaching from front and rear.
