In case of an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order issued under § 34-20B-68, trial shall, upon demand of the accused, be by jury in accordance with the rules of the state courts.

- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Trial: A hearing that takes place when the defendant pleads "not guilty" and witnesses are required to come to court to give evidence.
