The State Board of Pharmacy may suspend or revoke any permit obtained by false representations made in the application therefor, or when the pharmacy for which the permit shall be issued is kept open for the transaction of business without a registered pharmacist in charge thereof, or upon conviction of a violation of any law of this state or of the United States pertaining to the drug business or for the aiding or abetting in the violation of any such law.
