Each applicant for an examination or initial registration as a barber pursuant to § 36-14-14 shall make application to the Board of Barber Examiners on forms prepared and furnished by the board, setting forth, under oath, the particular qualifications of the applicant. An applicant by examination shall furnish to the board two fivebythree inch photographs of the applicant, one of which shall be returned to the applicant and presented to the board when the applicant appears for examination. The application shall be accompanied by the required fee.
