Any person who holds a hearing aid dispensing license or an audiology license shall notify the board in writing of the town and street address of the place where the licensee engages or intends to engage in the practice of the dispensing of hearing aids or audiology. If the place of business is located in, or in connection with, a place of residence, the room to be used as an office shall be clearly designated and identified for the convenience of the public. The board shall keep an up–to–date record of these addresses.
