The Board of Examiners of Psychologists consists of seven members, two of whom shall be lay members. The remaining five members are to be psychologists licensed pursuant to this chapter at the doctoral level for a minimum of two years and broadly representing a cross section of the profession of psychology. The credentials of each psychologist on the board shall be documented and shall be public record as provided in chapter 1-27. The Governor shall appoint all of the members.
