The Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners shall annually elect one of its number as president, one of its number as vicepresident, and one of its number as secretary. The board may hire an executive secretary who shall have such duties as are provided by resolution of the Board of Examiners. The board shall adopt an official seal, which shall contain the words “South Dakota State Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners.”
